Penerangan
- Review incoming RFDQ price quotation request and coordinate concerns to Technical Team.
- Prepare request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions and forward to Technical Team upon completion.
- Document all proposals, quotes by renaming with the corresponding RFDQ and storing to RFDQ Quotation Bank.
- Source and process accreditation of new and existing suppliers.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.
- Source standard and special items for price and terms references.
- Endorses product testing of new products to end user.
- Updates price database.
- And do other task as assigned by immediate head/management.
Syarat-syarat
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems
