Responsibilities:

• Part of 24x7 team, mix of support and minor enhancement work.
• Provide support for any integration issues connecting to the various LLM models
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, identify preventive actions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and performance.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Implement best practices in software development to improve efficiency and quality.
• Familiar with version control systems and collaborative development tools.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) with at least 3 years of experience
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
