• Check randomly the parts supplied from supplier based on Pre-Delivery Inspection Report.
• Prepares sub-con rejection report based on supplied parts performance from production
• Prepare quality limit samples for supplied parts from Sub-Con / Supplier.
• Checks any quality process change based on initial implementation of Sub-Con.
• Handles Supplier/Sub-Con rejections, inquiries and concerns.
• Check supplier/sub-con countermeasure implementation & effectiveness.
• Conduct Supplier / Sub-Con process audit and prepares audit results.
• Prepares supplier/sub-con monthly quality performance result.
• Attend and evaluates trial parts conducted by sub-con.
• Check the parts status from production (Injection/Assembly) parts based on Quality Standard.
• Evaluates the trial parts prior mass production.
• Evaluates and analyze any quality process change prior to mass production (Assembly/Injection)
• Evaluates and check the minor changes that deviates from quality standard.
• Check the countermeasure implementation & effectiveness at the production (Assembly/Injection)
• Issues NCR (Non-Conforming Report) to production for parts that does not conforms to standard.
• Prepares Quality Documentation for Quality Process Control at the production.
• Attend parts verification in the production for any quality matters.
• Coordinates to production quality related issues and concerns.
• Prepares Quality Standards required by the customer.
• Prepares analysis and proposed countermeasures for the quality problem occurrence.
• Reports the daily quality results/outputs and other related issues to QA Supervisor or /and QA Mgr.

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate is also welcome.
• Graduate of Industrial (IE) Engineering is an advantage
• With at least 1 year experience as QA Engineer (if applicable)
• Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Setting
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminologies, methods, and tools is an advantage
• Team Player, flexible, reliable and responsible
• Proficient in MS Office including database management
