We are seeking a proactive and skilled QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards by executing a wide range of Quality Assurance activities. You will work closely with developers and product managers throughout the entire software development lifecycle to identify, document, and resolve issues, contributing to a seamless and reliable user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios traceable to user requirements.
• Perform both manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, cross-browser, and mobile testing on various platforms and operating systems using emulators as needed.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases using frameworks like Playwright and TypeScript. You will be responsible for repeatable test automation or manual testing at all three levels of the Agile Test Pyramid.
• Identify, document, and track issues and defects using tools like JIRA. Coordinate with developers and project teams to triage and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with developers and project team members to ensure new features have adequate test coverage. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Validate data and reports using SQL and other tools as needed to ensure data integrity.
• Evaluate the performance of existing automation systems and processes to find and implement opportunities for improvement. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with automation tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Author the Test Suite and contribute to test documentation. Regularly report on product quality and perform risk assessments for each release.



Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a strong understanding of software quality assurance standards, user requirements, and business processes.
• Experience with test tools used in a DevOps environment.
• Proficiency in designing, writing, and executing test cases and test plans.
• Strong experience with mobile testing on different platforms and operating systems.
• Expertise in leveraging tools such as JIRA and SQL for test management and data validation.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests.
• Ability to troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
