Determine the key nodes for quality control according to the project acceptance specification of the client. Responsible for quality acceptance matters with the property owner (such as the railway bureau) and the supervision unit Coordination with the design, production and engineering teams to implement quality improvement measures. Lead internal quality audits, participate in third-party audits and customer acceptance inspections Review and set the standard of qualifications of suppliers Develop and implement an internal quality management process training plan. Conducts quality inspection at the construction site Responsible for submitting quality reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power System and Its Automation, Rail Transit Power Supply, Quality Management, or related fields. - *Preferred*: Master's degree, holding CQI (Chartered Quality Institute) or Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt certification.  Over 5 years of quality management experience in railway power systems (such as traction power supply, substation and distribution, catenary, etc.) or the rail transit industry. - Familiar with railway industry standards (such as TB/T, IEC, EN, etc.) and quality management systems (ISO 9001, IRIS International Railway Industry Standard). - *Preferred*: Experience in quality management of large-scale projects such as high-speed rail and metro.
