Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field)
• With at least Two (2) experience in structural installation or related field;
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting scopes of work
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools
• Willing to travel and work on-site is required.
• Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Preferably from NCR

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with design plans, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Inspect and evaluate sub-contractor’s work to ensure adherence to project standards, timelines, and safety regulations.
• Inspect actual versus planned connections of the project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for efficient workflow and problem resolution.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, work accomplishments, and site documentation.
• Monitor project schedules and provide recommendations to prevent or address delays.
• Ensure strict implementation of safety and housekeeping policies on-site.
• Check and verify material deliveries and usage to maintain proper inventory control.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities as needed.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support for project execution.
• Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
