About the Program:

Vasavah Consultancy Inc. (VCI) offers an intensive 3-month QA Specialist Training Program designed to equip participants with practical experience in manual and automated testing. The program provides structured mentorship, exposure to live projects, and collaboration with seasoned engineers to build technical and analytical proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Learn to design, document, and execute manual test cases.
• Participate in black-box testing (functional, regression, and UI validation).
• Support test planning, bug reporting, and issue tracking.
• Assist in integration and performance testing under supervision.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project teams in Agile sprints.
• Document results and support the creation of test reports and user acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to QA process improvement and documentation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, vocational course, or equivalent technical background.
• Open to fresh graduates or applicants with less than 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Postman, or Selenium is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Program Details:

• Duration: 3 months (renewable or extendable upon evaluation)
• Allowance: ₱10,000 (paid semi-monthly)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Remote / Hybrid setup
• Completion Certificate upon successful evaluation

Note:

Outstanding trainees may be offered regular employment or project-based roles with Vasavah Consultancy Inc., or its partner companies — Cornerstone Information Technology (CIT) and Vikri.AI — after program completion.
