Position: Korean Quality Assurance Analyst

Requirements of the job:

• Filipino National that is fluent in Korean Language.
• Korean National with Permanent visa in Philippines
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required. 
•  TOPIK II certification is required, as the role involves communication with Korean stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the job:

• Accommodate and evaluate the concern or issue raised by an individual. 
• Translate the document to English and Korean or in vice versa 
• Resolve customers complaints and concern about the product
• Manage the event within the complaint database according to the guidelines provided.
• Provides a formal record of the issue, steps taken and expectations for resolution
