- Verify the product specifications and face markings through the production schedule and other references and promptly reports any inconsistencies before proceeding.
- Check all the parameters for pole inspection and vigorously look any possible defects.
- Records all defects found on the pole including other details that may be useful in determining the cause and severity of defect.
- Make certain that no pole shall be transferred with final status and material tag attached without undergoing complete inspection.
- Gives feedback to Finished Goods Line Supervisor and reports any nonconformance observed.
- Assist in maintenance of cleanliness of QA laboratory room and in safekeeping of the equipment or tools inside the laboratory.
