We are seeking a skilled and proactive Automated QA/Tester Lead to oversee our testing team and drive the development of automated test scripts to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. You will collaborate closely with the development team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring our software meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated testing strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain automated test cases for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Perform both manual and automated testing of software applications to ensure optimal quality.
• Build, maintain, and enhance scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automated testing using Selenium, Playwright, and Python.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in leading QA teams or projects.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
