Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. is looking for (1) QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST for Globe Telecom Account - Hybrid Work Set-up (Combination of On-site and Work From Home)

• Evaluate the output of each KYM/Onboarding specialist
• Address quality issues – findings, and concerns from the encoded and uploaded data – that support producing timely and high-quality KYM/Onboarding profiles.
• Ensures alignment and implementation of KYM/Onboarding policies, seeking clarification when needed.
• Provides end-of-day daily reports to respective departments.
• Hit Daily Target

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably Business Administration or Business Management course
• At least 1 year of Administrative or Secretarial experience preferred
• With experience handling Data Management validation in the Financial and Banking Industry is preferred
• Ability to run workshops, coordinating or managing cadences/ initiatives
• Attention to Detail, decision-making skills and enhanced multi-tasking skills
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and planning skills; can find innovative ways to resolve problems and developed time-management skills
• Proficient in Office Applications (Google Suite & MS Office Suite and PowerPoint/Google Slides and MS Excel/Google Sheets)
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Tagalog)
