• Having worked as a QA in a BPO setting for at least 2 years.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine the necessity for training.
• Offer follow-up support on the floor to sustain learning and improve performance.
• Displays a course design methodology.
• Demonstrates content production and maintains appropriate methodology.
• Establishing and overseeing multicultural groups
• Managing disputes
• Admin duties like creating reports
• Arrange trainings while maximizing available resources.
• Guarantees prompt implementation of the training plan and delivery.
• Able to increase process and team productivity
