Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Open for undergraduate
• At least 1 year of work experience as Quality Analyst in a call center setting.
• Experience working as Customer Service Representative in BPO industry
• Willing to work fully on site
• Amenable to work at shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
• Monitoring, evaluating, and improving service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Managing and resolving escalations by coordinating with teams and implement quality control processes, perform quality assessments.
• Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and trainers to implement quality improvement initiatives.
