Plan, execute, and report internal audits.
Work with departments to resolve audit and compliance issues.
Provide recommendations and updates on the status of action resolutions.
Escalate unresolved or critical compliance issues to management.
Track and verify corrective actions taken.
Maintain and organize audit files.
Conduct walk-in inspections, spot audits, and formally document findings.
Perform follow-ups, including communication with auditees regarding action resolutions.
Handle document control and maintenance in compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Prepare and submit QA-related monthly reports required by principals.
Update the Quality Manual to align with the Principal’s ISM (International Safety Management) requirements.
Organize and attend Management Review Meetings (MRMs).
Participate in supplier audits.
Coordinate with HR for updating job descriptions.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
