- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) for housing and apartment projects.
- Support in tender preparation, bid analysis, and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct site measurements and help with the valuation of work done (interim and final accounts).
- Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and report on cost variances.
- Support the preparation and management of contracts, including handling variations, claims, and payment applications.
- Assist with procurement of materials and subcontract services in line with budget and timeline requirements.
- Liaise with architects, site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather data and ensure smooth project progress.
- Help maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including records for audits and compliance.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress and ensure accurate cost reporting.
