  1. Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs and budgets
  2. Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations
  3. Monitor project costs and variations
  4. Prepare interim and final payment applications
  5. Support contract administration and claims
  • Licensed Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (preferably in KSA or GCC)
  • Proficient in cost control software and MS Office
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of FIDIC and standard contract formats
