Penerangan

  • Attending ocular site inspection to determine the condition of the property and existing neighbors.
  • Reviewing/Checking of plans and specifications of handled project
  • Performing Structural quantity take off (Rebar, Concrete, Formworks, etc.)
  • Conduct canvassing of various construction materials needed for costing.
  • Transmit addenda and other additional information to subcontractors
  • Communicates to President, Managers, EVP’s, PIC and Supervisors.
  • Maintaining files and records of handled project for future use.
  • Attending pre bid, reconciliation and negotiation meetings.
  • Prepares and provided documents needed during bidding process such as Bar Chart, Construction and Methodology, Safety Measures and other requirement with regards to the project.
  • Correspond with clients, subcontractors and respond to their inquiries
  • Provide supporting documentation for costing.
  • Responsible for other duties and assignments which regards to the handled project.
  • Handle information requests.
  • Coordinates office management activities.
  • Other tasks as may be assigned

Syarat-syarat

  • B.S. Civil Engineering/ B.S.in Architecture
  • With or without License
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a quantity surveyor
  • Knowledge of Autocad, Revit,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
  • Can work under pressure and minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work onsite
