Keterangan Kerja
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Monitor project costs and provide cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals and assist in negotiations.
- Conduct value engineering and risk management assessments.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to construction.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize project budgets.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or building construction.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budget management, and construction processes.
- Working Conditions: Mainly office-based with occasional site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities.
- Must have work experience in United Arab Emirates.
