Nightshift - Work ONSITE

As a CSR for our Real Estate Account, you will assist callers with inquiries related to property listings, rental applications, maintenance requests, lease information, homeowner services, and general real estate support. You will ensure timely and accurate responses while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chat, or email regarding real estate services
• Assist with property inquiries, booking appointments, tenant concerns, and lease details
• Process and escalate maintenance requests and service tickets
• Verify customer information and update records accurately
• Provide professional and timely resolutions
• Maintain high-quality service standards and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• College Graduate (with or without experience)
• 2nd year college undergrad / SHS Graduate
• At least 6 months BPO or customer service experience (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and service requests
• Amenable to work onsite and in shifting schedules
