We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Agent with a strong focus on office and corporate leasing.

Key Responsibility:

• Managing the end-to-end leasing process, from sourcing potential clients to facilitating successful occupancy of commercial or office spaces. This role involves identifying prospective tenants, understanding their business and space requirements, presenting suitable property options, and ensuring a smooth negotiation and documentation process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in commercial leasing, ideally focused on office space.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent market knowledge and business acumen in commercial real estate.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Willing or intending to relocate to Manila to explore job opportunities, if not Manila-based.
