  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s scheduling system.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about dental services, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including updating contact information and medical history.
  • Assist patients with completing forms and processing insurance claims.
  • Handle billing and payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold the clinic’s policies and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Syarat-syarat

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling or clinic management software is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues calmly.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
