Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist walk-ins and manage the queue efficiently
• Answer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and promos
• Coordinate with barbers for client flow & chair availability
• Able to perform shampoo services with a relaxing head massage for customers

Cashiering

• Process payments (cash, digital wallets)
• Issue receipts, manage discounts/promotions
• Balance end-of-day transactions

Shop Ambience

• Maintain a clean waiting area
• Ensure music, lighting, and shop vibe remain consistent
• Monitor inventory of towels, beverages (if offered), and supplies

Administrative Tasks

• Log daily sales
• Update appointment lists
• Assist with daily reporting
