Penerangan

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role is responsible for greeting guests, answering and routing calls, and performing general administrative tasks to support smooth front desk operations.


  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
  • Schedule appointments, process payments, handle cash registers, and issue receipts
  • Inform clients about promotions, new services, and products
  • Address client complaints, answer questions, and resolve any issues that arise
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with the admin team for replenishment
  • Ensure security protocols are followed
  • Assist with internal communication and coordination tasks as needed

Syarat-syarat

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Tools (Calendars, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Google Meet)
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Good command of English and Filipino, both verbal and written.
  • With experience as a Salon Receptionist is optional but not required.
