Greets and welcomes patients; provides information and assistance to the general by phone or in person
Schedules reservation of all consultations and treatments
Resolves routine problems and complaints of patients before escalating to Branch Manager
Completes all required reports and records (e.g. End of Day report) accurately and on schedule; submits to the proper person or office
Maintains a clean and neat work space
Maintains filing system and manages patient records
Processes payments
Works with doctors, nurses, and other staff members to ensure smooth clinic operations
Other administrative tasks as needed

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or any related field
Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role is preferred
Clear verbal and written communication
Professional and friendly phone etiquette
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and filing
Courteous, helpful, and patient when dealing with visitors or clients
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable using office equipment (printers, copiers, phone systems)
Neat and presentable, as receptionists are the first point of contact
Accurate message taking and information handling
