  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with the possibility of remote work flexibility.
