Achieves weekly/monthly targets based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Facilitates background checking and pre-employment requirements stages.
Facilitates new hire processes, including email setup and RCBC/payroll account processing.
Facilitates the process for referral incentives, reimbursements, and payments.
Sources, shortlists, and conducts phone screenings for candidates across various open requisitions within the organization.
Manages recruitment marketing efforts through job postings and advertising on social media platforms.
Maintains and updates tracking systems and reports, e.g., Live Recruitment, Daily Productivity, and other relevant reports to monitor recruitment effectiveness.
Ensures proper management and backup of recruitment files, both digital and physical.
Communicates new hire notifications to hiring managers promptly and timely.
Undertakes ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field,
With good communication and interpersonal skills, well organized, and able to navigate various job scope areas comfortably.
With a sense of urgency and the ability to meet the required turnaround time.
Willing to accept NCR minimum wage.
Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Preferably can start immediately
