  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to match them with client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement.
  • Provide candidates with guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent listening skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
