HIRING: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Headquarters – STO Global Fast Express Philippines Group Corporation

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will manage the end-to-end hiring process for various positions across all branches. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified applicants
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports
• Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Ensure timely filling of vacancies across assigned branches
• Support other HR functions when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related course
• Must have prior experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple positions at once
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and recruitment tools
• Can work with minimal supervision
