Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, performance management, and employee relations with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, support leadership development, and ensure effective performance management.
