About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruitment Specialist to join Tiger Global Business Services, Inc. You’ll handle end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding—ensuring that we connect top talent with the right opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and finds fulfillment in matching candidates with their perfect role.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and screen candidates across online platforms and networks.

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.

• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates.

• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.

• Support continuous improvements in recruitment processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or executive search.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

• Willing to work onsite in Alabang during UK hours.

Reporting Line:

You will be reporting to the PH-based Recruitment Team Lead.

Career Progression:

After a minimum of 12 months of service, you will be eligible to apply for senior roles within Tiger Global or across other client accounts.
