The HR Recruitment Officer supports the recruitment team in the day-to-day operations of the hiring process. This role is responsible in candidate sourcing, posting job advertisements, reviewing job resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. The HR Recruitment Officer will also maintain accurate candidate records, coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate manpower requisition requests
• Post job openings on online channels
• Handles end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Prepares HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence
• Helps organize HR activities, training, and company events
• Ensures confidentiality of employee information and HR matters
• Updates recruitment tracker and other related reports
• Other tasks may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management
• 3 years work experience in the related field is required
• Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment processes and other facets of HR
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, and time management
• Can start ASAP
