• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring smooth integration.
• Support employee engagement and labor relations initiatives when needed.
• Propose strategies to attract top talent and improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment or HR administration (internship or 1+ year preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
