• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of candidates to identify potential fits for organizational roles.
• Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Willing to work on-site in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms, HR tools, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
