We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in a corporate or BPO setting to handle end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—and assist with employee offboarding. This is a full-time, day shift, onsite role based in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding

• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of client and internal requirements

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

• Support offboarding by assisting with clearance and exit documentation

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or BPO environment

• Strong communication, comprehension, coordination, and organizational skills

• Familiar with both recruitment and offboarding processes

• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
