Keterangan Kerja
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms (online job portals, social media, career pages).
- Source candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and job fairs.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Help organize and attend recruitment events, such as career fairs and open houses.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
- Stay updated with current hiring trends and best practices.
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
