Keterangan Kerja
- Provide daily nursing and care services to the patient (e.g., measuring vital signs, administering medications, monitoring health status).
- Monitor developments in the patient's health condition and document observations and changes in the patient's record.
- Contribute to implementing the doctor's instructions and follow up on the execution of the treatment plan.
- Assist with the patient's personal hygiene and general care as needed, including bathing, nail trimming, hair combing, and other related tasks.
- Maintain the safety of the patient and the care environment within the home.
- Educate the family on how to manage the patient's health condition.
- Adhere to professional ethics and maintain the confidentiality of medical information.
- Collaborate with the work team and management to ensure the quality of the service provided.
