• Must be a Registered Nurse
• Values oriented and committed to work
• Able to multi task and is flexible
• Trustworthy, Hardworking, can work under pressure and with limited supervision.
• Willing to work overtime if needed.
• PREFERABLY CAN START ASAP!

A. Responsible for:

• Verifying Examinee’s identity.
• Assisting the Examining Physician by:
• a. Instructing the Examinee to remove all clothes except underwear.
• b. Taking and recording Height and Weight of Examinee.
• c. Taking and recording Examinee’s vital signs, e.g. Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate
• Respiratory Rate, and Temperature.
• Ensuring schedule of maintenance and calibration of equipment is observed and maintain records.
• Referring to Examining Physician(s) medical problems unable to manage.
• Vaccinating Examinees.
