Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare benefits, claims, eligibility, pre-authorization, and patient assistance.
• Provide accurate and empathetic support to patients, members, or healthcare providers.
• Review and verify medical records and patient information according to client policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claims or case escalations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality protocols.
• Document all transactions and maintain data accuracy in client systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through active listening, professionalism, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active PRC license.
• 1 year BPO experience handling prior authorization or healthcare account
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work in night shifts and shifting schedules.
• Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
