We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CPO PHRN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must hold an active PRC Nursing License and have 1–2 years of solid bedside experience in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and provide professional clinical guidance
• Coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with medical standards
• Perform bedside duties, monitoring patient conditions and documenting vital information
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver quality care
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential patient records
• Assist in implementing clinical programs and patient care initiatives

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with active PRC License
• Must be a CPO PHRN
• 1–2 years bedside experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-handling skills
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and patient-centered environment
