As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and executing a comprehensive deployment strategy. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various project teams to manage interdependencies, ensuring alignment across all deployment activities, and monitoring progress against the deployment plan. You will also oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, while providing guidance and support to your team members to achieve successful deployment outcomes.

·      Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

·      Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

·      Facilitate training sessions and pilot programs to ensure smooth deployment.

·      Monitor and report on deployment progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.

·      Develop and maintain deployment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the deployment strategy.

·      Expert proficiency in Release Management.

·      Proficiency in Banking, API Testing.

·      Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

·      Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve deployment goals.

·      Ability to analyze deployment metrics and make data-driven decisions.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
