A Site Manager oversees daily operations at a construction or project site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. They manage teams, coordinate resources, maintain safety, and communicate with stakeholders. 

Project Management:

• Planning, scheduling, and managing all on-site activities. 

Team Leadership:

• Supervising and coordinating the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel. 

Resource Management:

• Overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel. 

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. 

Communication:

• Maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. 

Quality Control:

• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications. 

Problem Solving:

• Identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the project. 

Documentation:

• Maintaining accurate records of project progress, costs, and other relevant information. 

• Need to have experience in finishing and delivering the project in an above-satisfactory manner.
