• Formulate new products based on client's requirements
• Assist in conceptualizing new products, process improvements and cost effective measures including packaging materials for the new and existing products.
• Evaluate packaging materials including the printed label and artwork if conforming to regulatory and customer requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend new materials that can be used as a replacement and/or alternative to existing ones.
• Conduct sensory evaluation of the formulated products to determine acceptability.
• Establish guidelines for the safekeeping of retention samples for easier traceability.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Detail-oriented and has basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, with ability to multi task
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work under pressure and work efficiently with limited supervision
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Experience and Field of Study

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology, Nutrition or any related course.
• Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years related work experience preferably as QA/QC/R&D/Production Specialist
