Handling room reservations efficiently using OPERA Cloud, ensuring accurate booking details, excellent customer service, and maximizing room revenue while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle room reservations via phone, email, online channels, and walk-ins using OPERA Cloud PMS
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in OPERA Cloud
• Provide guests with information on room types, rates, packages, and hotel policies
• Ensure accuracy of guest details, billing instructions, and special requests
• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams regarding room availability and group bookings
• Upsell rooms, promotions, and hotel services to maximize revenue
• Maintain knowledge of hotel promotions, blackout dates, and inventory controls
