About the Role

GT Rentals PH is looking for a Reservation/Booking Officer who is organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations — managing client reservations, coordinating with drivers and operators, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional manner.
• Prepare, process, and confirm vehicle rental reservations and contracts.
• Coordinate with operators and chauffeurs to ensure vehicle availability and service readiness.
• Maintain accurate booking records and update internal tools (calendar, Trello, directories).
• Track ongoing reservations and send timely updates or reminders.
• Support scheduling, document management, and team coordination tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, reservations, or administrative support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Slack.
• Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Customer service or sales background is an advantage.
