Description

• Take care of the business aspect of the restaurant.
• Train and supervise allotted staff.
• Ensure food safety measures are always adhered to, including sanitary regulations set by the State and National governments.
• Schedule workforce to ensure the restaurant always has enough bandwidth to accommodate customers.
• Take ownership of budgets to maximize profits without compromising on quality.
• Address customer feedback and complaints.
• Payroll management.
• Inventory management.
• Prepare efficiency reports to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Required experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputable restaurant or hotel
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and workforce management software like CRM, if applicable
• Marketing and people management skills
• Willingness to be assigned to a Chinese cuisine-focused role
• Charming personality, goal-achievement oriented, with a knack for producing desirable results
• Preferably located near the company assignment
• Must be physically fit to work
