We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Pasig Branch, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our restaurant locations. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing efficiency, and drive the business forward.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and Motivate a team of the restaurant. oversee the smooth running of the operations
2. Monitor inventory, staffing, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement
3. Implement efficient procedures and systems to enhance the guest experience
4. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
5. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
6. Support the training and development of restaurant staff
7. Collaborate with HO to achieve one common company goal.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree graduate. Minimum of 2 years work related experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
2. Has a strong leadership and people management skills
3. can work under pressure and minimum supervision
4. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
5. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and financial management
