Description

• Carry out maintenance on all restaurant equipment and records
• Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant
• Supervise every kitchen and dining room activity to ensure customer satisfaction
• Schedule activities (including shifts) for the restaurant's staff according to standards or guidelines
• Review employee performance records and provide training to improve performance when necessary
• Ensure the restaurant attains all licensing requirements, like liquor licenses, and promptly attend to repairs needed within the restaurant

• Must have good communication skills
• Must possess excellent interpersonal abilities
• Able to coordinate and organize different activities simultaneously
• Should be able to set priorities in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
• Must have excellent leadership qualities
• Must display flexibility in approach to work
• Must be an excellent team player
• Should know the basics and essence of good customer relationship management
• Required education: A degree in any nutrition and/or catering-related field
• Required experience: A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
• May be expected to take pre-employment assessment tests and pass them
• Preferably located near the company assignment
• Must be physically fit to work
