The Store Crew is the front-line team member in our retail environment. The role involves providing excellent customer service, keeping the store clean and well-stocked, processing sales transactions, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, flexible, and ready to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, assist them in locating merchandise and answer product‐ or service‐related questions.
  • Operate the cash register / point of sale (POS) system accurately: process purchases, returns, exchanges; handle cash, credit/debit payments.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store: restock shelves, create product displays, ensure product facings, pricing, signage are correct.
  • Receive shipments/deliveries, check inventory, assist with stock‐room organization, rotate stock as needed.
  • Keep the store environment clean, safe and customer‐ready — e.g., tidy aisles, clean counters, and promptly address spills or hazards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and store management to meet store sales goals, adhere to company policies and operation procedures.
  • Be flexible to work various shifts including weekends, evenings or holidays as required.


Qualifications / Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (or working towards) preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and customer‐oriented.
  • Basic math skills and ability to use a POS system.
  • Ability to stand, walk and perform tasks for extended periods; may require lifting.
  • Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and multitask.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours (including weekends/holidays) as per store schedule.
  • Prior retail, cashier or customer service experience is a plus; but not always required if willing to learn.


Working Conditions

  • Many hours spent standing, walking around the store, lifting/moving stock, reaching for merchandise.
  • Shift work: might include evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • The store environment may include noise, interaction with many customers, and occasional urgent tasks (e.g., restocking during peak hours).
  • You may be responsible for opening/closing tasks depending on shift.
