Job Description

We are looking for a confident and charismatic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers in-store, educate them about electronic cigarette products, and provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will also assist with guided product trials, seamless transactions, after-sales services, and ensure customer satisfaction in line with our consumer-centric principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them in discovering electronic cigarette products.
• Educate adult consumers on e-cigarette alternatives to traditional smoking or nicotine products, and conduct guided product trials.
• Perform sales transactions, including product customization, database registration, and after-sales services.
• Handle product diagnosis, returns, and replacements while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• College level education
• Confident, charismatic, and approachable personality
• Strong communication skills in English or Taglish
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred
• Open to working in shifting schedules
