• Engage customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the sales floor and displays.
• Support inventory management processes, including restocking and inventory counts.
